Yes. EatRate separates dish-level feedback from restaurant-level reputation, so a great dish and a slow restaurant experience are reflected independently.

Can I order from different restaurants in one checkout?
No — each cart is intentionally limited to one restaurant at a time so fulfilment, payment and delivery routing stay unambiguous.
How does secure food box delivery work?
The buyer receives a private access credential for the delivery box. The restaurant and the delivery operator never receive the unlock secret, which protects the order from tampering in transit.
Can delivery operators decline a job?
Yes. Eligible delivery companies and riders receive dispatch offers and can accept or decline each one; declining does not incur a fee.
What currency are payments made in?
All orders, fees and partner payouts on EatRate are denominated and settled in Central African CFA francs (XAF).
Does EatRate charge customers just to browse or review?
No. Posting, reviewing, following and basic discovery are always free for customers. Optional fees are limited to a disclosed service fee, delivery fee and, in some cases, a small-order fee shown before checkout.
How are farm and supplier products verified?
Farms and suppliers can attach batch-level provenance information to products; buyers can trace a batch back to its production cycle from the product or order detail.

Use the Contact page and select the "Food safety" category, or open a support case from your account — food-safety reports are treated as urgent.
What countries does EatRate operate in?
EatRate currently operates in Cameroon, with all restaurants, farms, suppliers and payments live in that market and priced in Central African CFA francs (XAF). We are not yet live in Nigeria or other African markets; expansion to additional countries is a direction we are evaluating, not a service available today.
Is EatRate available in Nigeria?
Not yet. EatRate's current restaurant, farm, supplier and delivery network is based in Cameroon. If and when EatRate launches in Nigeria or another market, it will be announced on this site.
