Data we process
To provide the service, EatRate processes: account and profile data; order, payment and delivery data; reviews, posts, reactions, comments, follows and saved collections; location precision needed for delivery and branch-level discovery; support-case and communication records; and device/usage data used for feed ranking, personalization and abuse prevention.
Why we process it
Data is used to operate ordering and delivery, calculate and display fees and payouts, power search and feed personalization, verify reviews against orders where possible, detect fraud and moderate content, and provide customer and partner support.
Sharing
Order-relevant data is shared with the restaurant, chef, farm/supplier or delivery operator involved in fulfilling that order, scoped to what each party needs. EatRate does not sell personal data to third parties.
Your choices
You can review and update your account and notification preferences from your account settings, and request support regarding your data through the Contact page or a support case.
Legal review needed.
